Charlie only processes the data you provide voluntarily or that are needed to handle your request. In the current version of the website the following data are collected:

Birthdays

  • Full name of the accompanying adult.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Preferred date and time.
  • Child’s name.
  • Age they are turning.
  • Approximate number of children.
  • Approximate number of adults.
  • Selected package.
  • Notes.

WhatsApp

The current forms open WhatsApp so that you can send the message. When you tap a WhatsApp link you leave this site and use WhatsApp, subject to Meta’s terms. That channel may process:

  • Phone number.
  • Name or profile identifier.
  • Message content.
  • Information provided voluntarily.

Technical information

  • Cookie preferences, stored in your browser.
  • The hosting provider may log technical data needed for the security and operation of the site, such as the IP address, browser or date and time of access.

Charlie does not install analytics tools, advertising pixels or newsletters. Medical data, photographs, documents or school data are not collected through this website.

  • Manage confirmed bookings.

5. Retention

Data you send by WhatsApp or email are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or request and, where applicable, for the periods required by legal obligations.

No internal retention period in months has been set for requests that do not become a booking. Those data are kept only while they are needed to handle the request and to meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Recipients

Data may be disclosed only to the providers needed for each purpose:

  • Hosting and site deployment provider.
  • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, the definitive channel for bookings and enquiries (there is no third-party form SaaS).
  • Google, when you use the contact or privacy email (charlieelrestaurante@gmail.com).
  • Google, when the location map is activated.
  • Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation.

7. International transfers

Some external providers, such as Meta or Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area under the mechanisms that apply to them.

Charlie does not claim specific guarantees about each provider beyond what results from their actual installation on this website.

Forms must be completed by an adult. We do not ask children to contact Charlie directly.

When basic data about a child are provided to organise a celebration, they must be provided by their mother, father, guardian or authorised adult.

Charlie applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
